Well, it was a short lived exercise, but i have to bite the bullet and get rid of my time wasting 300zx. Some would know that not long after buying it i had some problems with it. In turn, i opted to replace the problematic engine with a better conditioned lower Km one.

I have since, replaced the timing belt, water pump, and various other little items on the replacement engine. These items were renewed due to the previous owner not knowing when it last had its major service. Upon removal of the covers, it revealed that a new gates timing belt and water pump, plus seals and other jazz were not long done. Bummer for me having spent all the money again. But none the less got changed - again.

The interior is respectful and what you would expect from a 19 year old vehicle. When the car was driving it was smooth and hassle free (less engine issue). It has near new tires, however due to the previous owner getting a weird wheel alignment, the inners of the tires are worn more then they should - i have not long ago got the wheel alignment done again, and it now drives straight and without issue.

The car has a new paint job. But i am going to get a small ding i put in it, straightened. Spoiler has been removed and a blank infill panel installed. Has a cat back exhaust with aftermarket mufflers. Minimal drone and has a nice sound when up on the revs. I had the tail shaft balanced after i replaced the worn center bearing.

These are just some pics of the car when i was driving it home to SA after i picked it up from MELB. Will post more in due coarse of the interior and jazz.
