    Hi all,

I've been talking with an Autometer supplier in the US and the prices seem very good, just wondering if anyone out there is after some. Basically, he will do 5% off Jobber prices for orders of 5 or less items and 10% off Jobber prices on orders over 5. BTW, Jobber prices are the prices listed by autometer I've been told. Someone else wants to clarify that they can.

Check here: www.autometer.com to see the choices, the prices seem good and shipping should be OK if we have a few people in each state keen.

I'm just waiting on some example prices, but wanted to see if anyone was keen in anything from the autometer range. As soon as I get the example prices I'll put it up, if anyone wants to know the price of something, post up the item number here and i'll find out.

    Cheers,
    Vaughan

BTW - This is in the GB section as I'm not making any money or getting any benefits from this, apart from the same % off as everyone else if we get enough buyers. This is purely to offer good prices to other members.

Still waiting on prices. Guy is in Vancouver so I always get confused about what time it is there.

Most of them are in imperial units (F, MPH etc.) but they have a few in "Aussie' (KPH, C etc.). On their website I think they list them under metric.

I'm fairly sure all their pods are for LHD unfortunately. Obviously cup pods and all would work fine.

If you're interested in gauges then I think the speedut ones that ascension posted up about would be a better option. Pretty much everything is optional from metric/imperial to backlighting etc....

They also seem to be of a higher quality with a lifetime warranty.

These are definately what I will be using

    Example prices:

(These prices are in USD, so will be a 'little' higher, use www.xe.com if you want to work it out exactly)

    Boost / Vacuum (4703): $64.87

    Oil Temperature (4748): $55.56

    Oil Pressure (4727): $71.12

    Oil Pressure (4327-m): $63.14

    Boost / Vacuum (4303-M): $56.22

I'll ask about those cobalt ones Ed. Though expect prices to be similar, with mechanical being a little cheaper than electrical.

Sorry, it doesn't show temp, it alarms when a certain temp is reached. My bad.

I'll post up when I find out. As for how long, well I imagine we can get 5-10 items at a time, so once I get a few yes's on price then we can go from there. I'd say you could expect items by mid to end of Feb if we get the numbers soon.

if you want to do it in 5-10 at a time, and i'm prepared to order 5-10, then does that mean i don't have to wait for others to get ready?

my schedule on gauges is that i'd probably like to pay by the end of the week and receive them before the end of the following week - does that sound possible?

i'm interested in 6 gauges and 3 temp senders

but i want GB prices, so negotiate them into a corner :) shop around with different suppliers - find them on US ebay -> www.ebay.com

I'm sure we can set you up as your own GB :p

I found this guy on eBay and he has an online site too. http://www.blueovalperformance.net/

His prices were the best on eBay for autometer that I could find. He said his site does need an update though, so prices on there may be different to what we get here, and alot of items aren't on there.

Though as for receiving it within two weeks, well that depends on US postal I guess. Sometimes they are good...sometimes, well... hehe

    I'll keep you updated.

that website lists lots of autometer gauges, but not the sport compact 2 gauges

    a bit strange

you might have to mention that to him

He can get the whole range. Just his website isn't complete he told me. Just like the Aussie autometer sellers can get any of the range but only list the popular models on their sites.
