these kits are a replacement for hte factory dials.. here is a pic of 180km kit installed in a 300zx: here is a sample of dials from the same manufacturer in my old nissan NX coupe, illuminated using blue LEDS:
G'day mate, Are the L.E.D's part of the package, or is this something we're supposed to shop for ourselves? I'd actually prefer the latter as I would like to have a reddish glow to my dials, although I'm wary of the blue that's already present on the face dial. And, naturally, at what price will you be able to supply these at?
0-10 = $100 delivered(including instructions and resistor to calibrate the speedo) 10+ = $95 delivered(including instructions and resistor to calibrate the speedo) z32nv: LEDs are not part of the package, they are something you source out urself, either from supercheap, autobarn etc.. about the reddish glow, thats a very iffy subject.. these are a blue glow dial, so if you put white LEDS the blue areas will light up a teal/blue. and the red will ight up red.. if you put blue leds.. the blue will ilght up a deeper sort of blue like the illumination pic whoever when you use blue leds, the red areas light up more of a darkblue/purple, as red+blue = purple.. I love the look of the 180km/h gauges the font looks seexxyy But how come they are only $75 on your website and you are slugging us $100 here?
im not "slugging" you with $100 here... $75 +shipping is the price for the 180km dials on my website.. 300km kit is worth more. simple as that mate.. the only 300km ones i sell are the ones pictured above..

ok, there is definately a bunch of confusion going around, let me try and clarify.. the 300KM dials, for this group buy will be 0-10 = $100 delivered(including instructions and resistor to calibrate the speedo) 10+ = $95 delivered(including instructions and resistor to calibrate the speedo) so they are INCLUDING shipping, reason they are more expensive than the 180km dials is that firstly obviously they are 300km, plus they come with instructions and resistor to re-calibrate your speedo.. the 180km dials on my website are $75+$5 shipping, $80 total, i never said $25 for shipping.. there is NO group buy for these.. im only doing a group buy for the 300km ones.. if you would like 180km ones, order them from my website.
How much is the shipping cost for the "France", if I will buy 5 kits ? I will see that with French 300zx owner's.
I think you should send me a free 300km/h set just for using my pic to sell your product - especially when I didn't get my set from you!
Probably not as that is MY dash pic you are lookin at and I didn't buy ANYTHING from this seller. It seems that the gauge rings are hard to find these days :s Be cautious when buying these kits - since the pics provided aren't actual pics of his products!!!

Firstly, I'm not ranting, but I can start if you so desire. As you will read, my first post in this thread was simply stating that the pic you posted was in fact my dash. I think it is YOU who should be conducting yourself more appropriately - SINCE IT IS YOU TRYING TO MAKE THE MONEY - NOT ME!!! My next post was tounge in cheek about you sending me a free 300km/h face because you are using MY pic to sell YOUR product - when in fact, I have had no dealings with you EVER. As for BM Gauges, I can't speak for them either as I cannot remember who I got my set from - I KNOW IT WASN'T FROM YOU ANYWAY - and I can find out if you think that'll help. I can also tell you that they didn't cost $100 - I beleive they were $50 and that wasn't even a group buy. Why should I PM you about this? You should've PM'd me to ask to use my pic - which wouldn't've been a problem at all - as long as you ARE IN FACT SELLING THE SAME THING - which I am yet to see any proof of. And if my posting in this thread was such a drama for you, you could've PM'd me at anytime to discuss - HOWEVER you didn't, and you would rather rant in the public forum so don't go slinging mud at me. And since you made no reply to my first 2 posts, and when someone asked about gauge rings, I made my 3rd post, stating you probably don't stock them as it was MY dash that the pic is of - and I got my rings from CRESTA, and they seem to be hard to find ATM. I might also add I have since removed this kit to replace it with a FAR superrior EL reverse glow gauges The same as PEX's I should also mention to anyone looking at purchasing this particular kit that the stock lighting behind the dash shines thru very patchy so be preparred to change the lights to LED's or similar
It would probably be worse with LED?s as I have some red ones with my stock black faces and they get patchy if it?s not completely dark, particularly the tacho.
