Reason for sale buying new car

I have had this 300ZX about 2.5 years and have put just under 30,000km?s on it, I have put a LOT of time, effort and money into this Zed ($5000+) which has been my passion the last couple of years, on top of the $8000+ spent by the previous owner so basically you are getting $13,000+ worth of upgrades and modifications which has given it a substantial list of modifications (see below) not including the labour for which critical parts/installs have all been carried out/ overseen by a 300ZX specialist mechanic/ auto electrician which you can?t really put a price on in my opinion.

Since owning this car I have only ever had one problem occur over 2.5 years of ownership (and taking into consideration this has been driven daily since purchased) which was the PTU (spark control) which basically just died so this was replaced with a series 2 PTU as the Series 1 are known for just dying out but apart from this the only other things wrong with the car is the heater core has been disconnected as it doesn?t work I bought it like this from previous owner and the spoiler?s paint is lifting on passenger side, The things I will fix before selling are intermittent reverse lights, and intermittent power steering which I have just lived with since I bought the car as they have never really bothered me that much.
The rego is valid until about august this year and it should pass roadworthy fairy smoothly I?d assume with the 2 odd problems mentioned above fixed..

If you have any other questions about the car just shoot us a PM i will be away for a week and half from this monday the 18th of Jan but i will try to get check this while i am away.

    New price

after a bit of a look around at other NA's for sale i think a more realistic price is
    $9,500 Neg

I will be putting up my add on carsales in a week or two once i get roadworthy stuff fixed hopefully by next weekend also I probably won't be selling until i get that done, as i'd much rather sell it with a roadworthy than without. but thats no reason to wait to show your interested, if you are interested feel free to contact me by PM or on my mobile 0439372501. :)

    Regards Xavier

Hey, man, very nice Z. I'd be interested if I had the cash (just opened a business, so might be more affordable for me to fix up my current Z than buy a new one). I am curious, though, where & how did you get the illuminated 300ZX on the back?

    illumina panel

Thanks for the nice comments mate, i bought the EL panel (it is only the illuminated part inside) for my car about a year ago in a group buy on the forum then me and a mate did it ourselfs (theres a DIY guide in the tech section on the forum under illuminated rear panel).

But if you want to buy the whole thing new already done this place does it, but it cost a lot more this way
