You are correct. Map sensor is connected with the hose from plenum. Air temp sensor bolted before TB.

Kabir offered me the chance to drive this bad boy yesterday (thankyou) and I have to say it's got an almighty kick when asked!
Tuning is far better for the lower gears and really comes on strong about 4k RPM, after that it's time to grab another gear to save redline!

Solid cams are smooth and not at all noisy. There's PLENTY more in the tune to be found and it will need some sticky rubber to help control the power. Suspension and steerig was neutral, compliant and comfortable, and the OS Gikken twin plate nice to use too, not heavy at all. Might need a bleed or adjustment as it is a little close to the floor Kabir.

Thankyou again for the drive Kabir, I just wanted a ride but to be tossed the keys was far more than I expected. One very powerful Zed you have there, nice chatting to you also.

Did you notice my face was turning to blue (Avatar Zedder). Bigger nappy would be handy. Glad you didn't crash. I didn't push that far yet like you did. I really appretiate for your feedback. I know there are lots need to be worked on, splitfire coilpacks will give little bit more too. But your honest feedback will help other members if they are planning for bigger turbos. Glad to know all those coins didn't go into toilet.:D

Definitely not a waste, it's all up to the tune now. You've done the right thing with a solid foundation to build on. Done once and properly.

It's a real credit to you so get it tuned sooner rather than later as it will be washing down the cyclinders with all the over-fueling it's doing in the upper load limits and higher revs.

Rebuilt engine had extra 6 injectors bolted on the plenum. So balance pipe was modified. Didn't chrome my old balance pipe yet.:D

Z made me poor and broke. however current progress includes..
    1. surge tank and A1000 fuel pump setup with speed controller.
    2. 2nd wideband controller for passenger side dump
    3. Take cam cover off to readjust the intake and exahust cam gears...tuner didn't know I have june adjustable cam gears.
To adjust them properly it has to be done on dyno.

    4. Final tune in VE method. Current tune in injection timing which has some limitation. Cash needed 1k.
Also need some better rubbers for rear. losing traction a lot.

Waiting to get some cash build up.:)

How have you modified the Cam Covers so you can take them off for tuning?

I can show you haw to do that Nigel.
Essentially you cut off anything on the bottom side of the cover from about half way across & remove a couple of the screw bosses.
