Hey guys, I have a 1990 2+2 TT. While on the road in 3rd gear, the engine just stopped and I had to pull over and start it back up. This has happened twice, the other one when the car was at the traffic lights. Car has no engine modifications except from Pod Filter and BOVs. Known issues with the car are: Leaking power steering hp hose, leaking coolant reservoir, slight leakage at RHS turbo oil return hose. Other than that the car runs fine, although some tickling sound has started to develop few days ago. Sometimes strong smell of petrol while running Sadly couldn't do much about it now as the car is not with me at the moment. Any idea guys? All information is much appreciated. Cheers.
