    I took the 300TT to Mark at ZedCare yesterday......
    and it was the best thing I have done.

    Not any one thing was way out regarding sensors but putting them all exactly where they should be has improved the idling and 'surging' upon decelleration.

    Mark cleaned the injector plugs properly ( I had done a 1/2 arse effort ) and this too has improved the smoothness of acceleration from a standing start.

    Advice when you get a new Z.....
    1. Get your cooling system 100% in oreder.
    2. Get a data scan done with Mark.

    Apart from the scan....Mark fixed about 6 other small things that I would not have noticed.

    Value for money++

    Thanks

    Is ther a guy who can do this in SA because owing to your details you appear to be in QLD so logic would say that mark is as well.

    Anyone know of anyone who can do these things in SA thats reliable

    I wish..!

    Maybe if a few of us S.A. Zedders get together and pay for an air ticket,accomodation,supply the tools,a suitable garage (lighting etc.)and then a reasonable donation to Zedcare and ask nicely he might think about it.!
    p.s. I can supply the tools.! Any takers

    Give me next week's cross lotto numbers so I can retire in comfort,

    and I'll gladly tinker with cars all day :zlove:

    Seriously though, Morpowa Auto Centre in Modbury North is worth having a chat to for any Zed work.

    The best thing you can do for your Zed is to get a copy of the service manual and read it cover to cover (or first page to last page of the pdfs if you get the CD version), and buy yourself a ConZult or similar. Once you know a little bit about how the Zed ticks, you'll be able to tackle a huge number of small to medium sized maintenance and fault repair jobs on it, and save yourself time and money in paying others to do it.
