Drivers window wont go down replacement actuator/motor

The drivers side window will not go down, I have checked the black power amplifier module and this is outputting a correct voltage.

So I'm pretty sure issue is with the motor itself but I cant find a replacement, does anyone make one? or would I need to buy the complete rail / motor? if so is it possible to get one new? (conceptz and z1 don't seem to have them)

 

Ok so you can buy a rail from conceptz for about $120 and the motor is available for $530 incase anyone is looking.

when I got my car my electric window wasn't always working afriend took off the door panel and got that black box control box and take out the circuit board ,have a look at where the power is and check that .....mine was soldered and worked ,hoping this was of some help ...

 

Thanks yes, I've checked the voltages and re-soldered to be on the safe side so I'm confident that its not that now, its either a faulty motor or the window rail is stuck some how.
