cooling of my intercoolers I removed the cannister as per an article on TT Net.

However since then my car has been inundated with fuel smells regardless of where I seem to vent the fuel tank. I have even vented it back in to the intake just after the airflow sensor.

I have come to the conclusion that it is one hell of a bit of equipment!

However it cant go back where it was so does anyone have any suggestions please?

    regards Luig:cool:

Just dont smoke around your car in future :)

There is really no where else it can go without running some really long lines.
Which tech article did you use?

When I asked the question a while back JT came to the rescue

    with this post

however it wouldnt come up with the pictures but I worked it out anyway:)
I have thought to put the battery in the boot for a while and the put the cannister where the battery was.
I also need to put a water resrvoir in for an intercooler spray  I think that could go behind the trim at the back of the passenger seat.

But I dont want to modify all this stuff if my intercooler cooling fans dont work as well as I hope. They are yet to be installed even though they are finished.

    regards Luig
