I removed my front upper camber arms today to install adjustable Stillen arms and the stock arm have eccentric bushes at both ends. I'm guessing the previous owner installed a camber kit not long before I got it as the bushes are nice and supple . The arms I removed don't have enough adjustment for the lowering I have (~2"), but if they are an aftermarket camber kit they would suit someone's car with tired stock springs and needing camber adjustment.
