a good opportunity for myself to learn a little bit of fiber glassing as never done it before.

Had these broken Foggies donated to me by George. was missing some glass pieces. so I bogged it inc all the crevices.

Lesson here: needs a lot more wax and patience to release. I was impatient so it cracked.:D

Last night I soaked the paper with resin let it harden, and fiberglassed the back for durability. left it to dry. Then a bit of body filler.

Looks good. How are these mounted to the bar?

The same way every other foglight duct gets mounted man. None of them come with pre-drilled holes or anything. Either they get sikaflexed in or you can drill through them and use cable ties.

Cool man. So not worth the effort for something that can be had for less than $100 delivered but still cool!

Good price! from who? CZP selling these for $138 + $65 shipping + convert to US. This project i admit is quite hard, messy, sticky.. I have more respect for the guys doing this for a living... It did cost me $29 for a fiberglass kit from bunnings+ $10 bog.
