Ive had a bit of a look around, but havnt managed to find what im after.

Will a faulty det sensor, or unplugged det sensor stop the spark plugs from firing?

no but it will run rich ie safety maps. bypass it. if you're misfiring its probably an injector connector or coilpack connector.

There is no power going to the coilpacks at all.

I checked the ptu on my NA, seems to be working. Tried a working cas.

    Any Ideas?

Flat battery? did this just happen or did you pull out the coilpacks?

    Nope, full battery.

I just got the car. hasnt been started in a long time.

Put new oil in, got it cranked over and oil pressure ok.

Its giving error 11 and 34. CAS seems to be ok. but im wondering if it might be a wiring problem or loose connection somewhere.

Ive tried the ignition coil relay too

If theres no power then its gotta be the ptu, have you checked the grounds tho? theres a lot of them. If the CAS is throwing a code then its a problem obviously. Do you have conzult or datascan? clear the codes and see whats there after you've cleaned the CAS connector.

Ive checked the one at the back of the plenum, is there more that would affect this situation?

And i have a consult cable, however not a working laptop at this time.

I skimmed over a post a while back, thought i saw a way to clear the codes with a paperclip? I could be wrong there

Yes, it's been a while but its in the tech section. You can clear/view codes with one its very simple I used to do it all the time, years ago. You just stick it in the connector.
