    Hi All,

I use to have a copy of Dat scan /Conzults and the cable I got from Kaz racing. Anyway long story short I lent it out and never got it back. Didn't need it for years and lost track.

Does anyone have a copy I can come over and quickly do a scan on my zed
or point me to someone who is selling a copy & cable

    Cheers
    Adrian

    Not sure?

If I was going to do a buy it'd be for consult software as I want drop out tests etc not just readouts

    Same

Something is not running like it should, and I want to save my father's weekend of diagnoising and be able to drop out cyclinder 5 (and others to confirm it's definitely cyclinder 5 as my guess)

We've checked spark plugs, connectors, air and fuel lines (vacuum lines) and cold start.
Forgot to check coil packs which I'm going to check this weekend, and hope that it's one of those gone, cause if not, not looking forward to trying to find out what else it might be.

Runs absolutely fine in the morning, then in the evening on my way home, it's fine right up until 85km.

From 85 to 100 km i can feel a lag spot in the throttle (which has never been there) and the car jerks and vibrates enough to feel like it's not quite running on all 6 cyclinders. Above 110 and run's fine. Boost and everything seems fine too. The 85 to 100k mark also co-insides with it sitting between -8 and 0 on the boost gauge.

Been happening for last 2 weeks and now today seems like it's worse. Was doing it a little in the morning and in the arvo when I added throttle just to see how she's copping, it kind of lagged and then boost kicked in but the hesitation has never been there.

Just hope it's not old age or run down turbo's or cyclinders. So far been really lucky and it's been bad connectors which we've replaced or at one point the cold start was stuffed and was causing the engine to behave badly when hot and perfectly when cold. Having replaced the cold start though, and checked it, not so easy this time.

Ah and just noticed that when starting the car, the HICAS light would come on for 20sec. This morning was first time it stayed on for 5 min.

I've checked all the fluid, everything is at proper levels. Never had the HICAS light on before and no idea why it's started now. Had a perfect car for over 7 years though once we did everything properly it never got while in Japan, so guess I really can't complain now she's starting to creek and crack here and there.

What exactly did you get for $85 and where?

I'm thinking that's NOT for consult as the software alone is around $200 (based on preliminary quotes)?
