Hey Pat... If you are after a new core, I have one I will sell you. I've had it for a while now, but don't have the time to fit it (and I'm use to having no heater, this is my third year haha) PM me if interested.
Nah it's all good Jono. I'm just gonna by-pass it for now. Went out and got the hose today. If you still want to sell in a couple of months I'll probably take it. Oh, it may be illegal (heaven knows why) but I highly recommend driving in bare feet for the purpose of heat core diagnoses. There's nothing like hot coolant on your foot to let you know some thing's wrong.
