Hey guys! okay, well as the title says, i'm curious to figure out if anyone knows anything about my zed or have seen a build about it? it's a 1990 300zx, 2+0 N/A, MANUAL. i'm from Victoria, Melbourne if that helps? here's some pictures of it:
previous owner or one of how many owners this car belonged to had mounted it there, for the looks, because it's plumbing goes to no where!
Some previous owner mounted an intercooler for 'looks'. Man you must have brought a bargain because clearly not a soul on this planet would continue with the purchase after hearing that.
Based on the pics, it appaers to be in reasonable condition. If you post the VIN, someone could decode it for you. Don't worry about the FMIC, it's not the first Z to have one mounted & not be connected. There was a guy named Arnel, that ran a very nice TT on the dragstrip in the USA, he ran pretty good times, untill he contacted the wall. Pics were posted of the severe damage to the car & guess what, the FMIC wasn't connected.
If you have any doubts about your zed, get the timing belt changed by a good mechanic. Make sure they count the teeth between the timing marks. ( mechanics should take evidence pictures of this so you don't have to wonder later ). There are are couple of group buys you can join on this forum. Your car looks like it is in reasonable panel condition. The rest is guessing games Fiberglass replacement rear spoiler, Stainless mufflers, advertising Michelin tyres and fusion stereo amp? Wheels look like 40 offset and your suspension is lowered or sagged.
Same reason it's got a TT front bumper Lovin' that pearl white, I'll never forget mine in that color It's not one I've seen though, where'd you find it for sale?
I have seen that number plate before. Maybe member Zano ? or his son Daniel perhaps. Just not 100 % sure .
reminds me of mine.. same colour same wing. also NA 2 seater.. but i scrap yardded mine.... havent seen that around before.. i think ive seen you drive it around once.. but cant for the life of me remember where.
