This is mine it's made by real speed purchased through import monster/ Jesse Streeter abit pricey but worth it imo. Only down fall is have to have center console open when using but hides away when not using unlike tacky air vent clip on ones. [/IMG]
TT holder is deeper, probably cause you don't want your drink everywhere when boost hits. I wouldn't bother with the NA version personally, but that real speed one is awesome.

Looks fancy, but I agree with Mr Chrispy, especially if you love your Z enough to have tricked up the interior, why would you have an open drink in a 300hp sports car o0 fair enough the thing will be stationary when you are drinking(one would hope), but why? WHY? I mean, lets put a mini bar in a competition 4wd and see how you go pouring a cocktail while doing a hill climb (<<that would be pretty funny to watch though). and why the TT would be different to an Na just doesnt make sense. the na has better take off than a TT, and in either car you can throw it about the same way to cause spillage, and if you are driving a TT to the point where it is going to surpass an na capabilites why the hell would you have stopped off at 7/11 along the way to pick up a 1$ latte anyway???? huh? HUH??
I have taken out my ashtray and found the squarish hole to be an almost perfect size for a cup. I started modifying an off the shelf supercheap cup holder to insert into the hole to make it round. It didn't work because the hole is odd shaped and the round cup holder needed support on the sides. I bought some adhesive rubber pads from Clark Rubber. All that is needed now, I will just put a few layers on the inside edges of the hole and make this uneven hole look symmetrical. I don't need the supercheap cup holder anymore I will also leave a window so the light that is already in place will illuminate the new cup holder.
Because i like to have a coffee on the early morning drives out to the racetrack.... Because I dont use the 300hp on the road......(well not when I have a coffee) Plus im pretty sure that 99% of us have at one point pulled the ashtray out to put a drink in its place. I "love my Z enough to have tricked up the interior", I also love it enough to not smoke in it so why have an ashtray??? Plus where are the drifters gonna put their cup o miso soup so they can go out drifting Initial D style??? :br:
can you order the pop out one on the internet? I do usually take the ashtray out but then i have no where to put the ashtray and it annoys me coz car looks a mess then
