QLD Cruise & Bday drinks/party 28th March

Ok there seemed to be a few people interested in this cruise.. sorry to those who are workin.
Thought we could do an arvo cruise with this one so when we swing thru Goodna its a good time to blow the froth of a few cold ones to celebrate my b'day

Anyone not able to make the cruise is more than welcome to drop over to THE HIDEOUT for drinks and a BBQ, anytime after 5pm.
BYO drinks and meat for the BBQ I'll put on salad and nibbles.

I have a spare room free so anyone wishing to crash the night just bring something to crash on or there is always the lounge for the first one to pike it.

Meet:
Mount Cootha (pm me for exact meeting point) 12:30 and depart about 1pm
Cruise thru The Gap and up thru Mount Nebo, there is a lookup (Jolly's lookout) stop for a quick pitstop if there isn't too many cars. Then cruise over Mount Glorious and towards the dam where I came across a nice spot to get some nice pics (space for upto 15+ cars side by side with a nice backdrop)
Then cruise onto Esk then to Fernvale for final pitstop maybe a cold ale.
Then cruise past Wivenhoe Dam maybe stop just on the other side of the dam there is a park area then cruise the rest of the way to my place for a BBQ and drinks for my Bday.

was mainly going to just have a drinks nite then thought why not do a cruise also so I can get as many k's on the clock to run the motor in for the nationals

Start work in Mt. Gravatt at 20:00, so will only be able to have a few (If I am going to drive).

 

Sounds interesting. Might come along on the CBR I won't be pushing it though, just cruise around sounds good to me.

car should be back together by Friday night. Pencil me in..... depending on what happens/ doesn't happen when I try for a start.

 

Mia and I wont be able to make the cruise but we will be there for the BBQ.
