I just purchased my '92TT off my brother (Bagz), I am going to take it to a trusted mechanic (and friend) to give it the once over as it hasn't really been driven in the last 3 months. Can he access the engine management system without a Conzult cable? Forgive me if this is a dumb question but I want everything to be as good as can be when I start driving it all the time. When I take my current car to him for servicing he can put it on the "scope" to check it all out, clear codes etc.. What do you reckon??
