stick with clutch fan. Dont quote me on it, but was informed that clutch fan flows from 3300cfm on idle to 7000cfm. The highest possible flowing electric fan you can get, at 16" is 3630cfm. You will only be able to go single thermo with a TT, and dual EL Falcon thermos with an NA (bigger radiator than the TT) With correct, custom shrouding and switching, you will get steady temp control with electric, but its too close to call, and will constantly be in the back of your mind. For that reason, I've kept my NA with clutch fan, and will be reverting my TT back to it also.
You are certain its your clutch fan hub that's noisy, and not your water pump bearing?

    Thanks
Not shore on noise.Every time I start it I hear a few squeals like a bird chirping.
Replace all belts and still noise so may be a bearing.I spun the fan by hand and makes a little noise. So thinking may be this.I will have to take fan off and start to check.

I ran my NA with a PWR Twinpass and a 16" davies craig electric fan. I had trouble overheating due to a dodgy thermostat and a busted heater core tap, but after that was fixed never had a issue.

Wouldn't put one on a beasty TT though.

    Only on start up?

If so you need to tighten your belts a bit. If there is no more adjustment get smaller belts on the noisy one or use some belt grip.
