I went to a plasics Co yesterday to get some diffuser to clear my tailights & they told me for flouro diffusers there are 2 thickness sizes 3mm & 4.5mm. I got the 4.5mm thinking the 3mm looked too flimsy but I'm not so sure now. Is the 3mm the size I should have got or doesn't it matter that much?.

    Cheers
    Grahame.

Probably would have been better to get the 3mm. PM or call me asap Graham.

I used 3mm, the only stuff that Ideal Electrical at Salisbury sell. Shouldn't imagine 4.5 being a problem. The fan forced oven at <150c works a treat. Mounted the light on timber

Used globes from AutoBarn, had to file one lug off because they dont line up

Finished product. I'm happy with it. The sheet cost $6.95 and there's enough left to do another 4 cars at least. Approx, $1.75 plus labour. It doesnt get any better than that!
By the way Blackbaz, I did it this morning. I gotta get a life:zlove:
