Car Wont Start

Hi All,

jumped in car today to start it and nothing, reds on when start reds dull

so i got a new ultimate battery put that in and still the same thing

i bypassed the alarm cut off for ignition and tried starting it

and the ignition wires got really hot until the green 30 amp fuse blew

questions are

Q1. is this a earth problem ?

Q2. is this a starter motor problem ? (eg stuck)

the ignition relay gets really hot also the one next to it.

any help please ?

p.s. dull's/earths only when kick over, no action only light dim and wire/fuse blow

 

Yes, starter or starter solenoid short.

Clutch start should work.

all fixed now $50 later, cheapest thing spent on car so far.
