no, smoke only on idle around 7-800 rpm

once driving nothing, when idle up around 1300rpm give or take no smoke

just looking at previous posts about h pipe on exhaust, maybe ?

also on a side note, do you have a balanced exhaust system? ie, X-pipe or H-pipe?

That alone wont cause it to smoke though.

Who rebuilt your engine? Why dont you take it back to them?

having the wrong heat range wont cause the car 2 smoke. it may missfire at low temps and low revs!!

    are you running cats?
have you ever changed your PCV valves?

well it happened to me a while bad , but that could have been oil and the plugs i put in there ,, ( it was the time when i was testing out all these different plugs , heat range, brands. etc etc , not 100%... but at the time of the smoke i think the ngk were in , cant remember part number .......

Sounds like PCV valves to me. Yeah as mentioned if not already get H or X pipe (to balance out the exhaust pressure)

Completely unrelated, Ive never heard of varying heat range plugs causing smoke and if it does something is wrong.

Gutted cats most certainly wont help the situation of smoke.

wont help but wont cause either.

were the intercoolers and piping fully cleaned out? if there is any oil residue then the car will still smoke, even if turbos, bottom ends, heads etc have been done.
