hey guys went to a car show in maryborogh yesterday, it was pretty cool (no zeds tho).. i would have entered mine if i knew it would have been raining (shes not been cleaned in abit lol). but yeah it had the ADD racing drift team down there with 5-0 man, in the nissan laurel, skyvia ute and the r33 4 door, and a red 180sx. the laurel (which was my fav) was going awesome until it shed second gear.. so he had to go around using 1st and 3rd lol, but yeah they checked out the gearbox on her, and it was toast... so the guy who owned the falcon ute decided he would let 5-0man take it out lol, trav walks up sayin "i get to drive a coon" 700rwhp on it or something, would have been awesome to see. left before then though, was some ok show n shine, and a nice lil sound off.. 1st place went to some lil pb with 12 15's im the back... 146 db, and my mate with 1 15 managed to pull off 145db (lol?) and if anyone here remembers "the woo" from the tech day, she wasnt feeling well and only managed 138db. had 1 crash in the whole day so that was good. a few cars there were absolutly intense... some little thing that was supercharged and turbod... saw the alpine demo car, was a gorgeous machine indeed, p.i.m.p all the way. checked out a supra from around town, looks like the mintest supra ever, and my mates always told me how fast it must be... turns out hes pretty much stock and only running 1 bar... means i could probably beat him still his car looked bloody nice hey. lol i said something about cars, and my mates just looked at me blankly (dont think they were paying attention) then i go fine ill fast n furious it up abit for ya, nos nos nos double clutch.. they all pissed up laughing then 2 kids standing near by came over and introduced themselves to us :bash: holy crap now i think about it... i didnt take any photos! oh well i was kinda drunk when they made me wake up to go there.. had a big night before hand. anyone else go to it? had a chat with the add racing fellas and they said they are trying to start getting some drift shows up this way, would be cool. lol on another note one of their oil coolers... biggest one i ever seen! was a PWR one, looked like a side mount haha, he said it held 3.6 in the cooler, and 1.6 in the lines... pretty much double sump capacity right there i reccon next year if they can get a portable dyno there, will get wayyy more people turning up, 60$ dyno runs for all! just thought id let yas all know, Mic.
