Hey guys i got a set of brand new NA headers up for grabs. these are direct bolt on to block. no modifications required. They are completely stainless steel (including flanges) so will never rust. Primary runners are 1 5/8". larger = more power, better flow, meatier sound. Made from T-304 STAINLESS STEEL 3-1 emissions correct race headers THE HEADERS HAVE THE O2 BUNG LOCATIONS AND THE EGR NEAR THE TOP OF THE PRIMARY TO PASS EMISSIONS ALSO i have a 2nd set due to a mix up when buying so one set is on my car and others on bedroom floor. want them gone. $200
it took a long time with me and cleary (overnight sigh) as we hadnt done it before and werent exactly sure what we were doing. 2nd time round with more clue and correct tools it wouldnt take too long. u gotta unbolt 1 join in the steering rack and remove the oil filter. joe imbessi does it for around 300 i have been told. definetly a great NA mod. sounds much meatier and more power throughout the whole rpm range. let me know if ur interested. im not in desperate need of the cash im just sick of them in my room lol
also whilst the car was up on the forklifts (worksafe much??) i deleted the EGR and AIV system. this isnt hard but just adds more time to the overall job. the removal of the 2 solenoids in these systems made it much easier to get to the nuts on the top of the stock manifolds and made for faster removal.
