Same temp as my lows, would you take $80? Don't really need them, Just be nice to have both hi and lows the same temp.

ok, i never seen hids before so if i can use the ballast what else do i have to do to use as normal/low beam h3?
Thats it. Basically everything is the same on these kits with the exception of the Xenon bulb itself. Just source yourself a set of H3 Xenon bulbs and you should be good to go. Everything else in the kit will be used. May I suggest in order to keep the police from getting prompted to pull you over, get the 4300k H3 Xenon bulbs (globes in your case). These will give you the whitest light possible (and the best visability above all of the other "K" rated bulbs) and will not really give much of a blue hue that the police might pick up on.
