Bought another Z..

Well after selling my beloved Zed back in '08 See this thread..

I couldn't help myself..and bought another one :zlove:

Needs a bit of work to get her to the standard I want but not a bad base to start from.

First jobs are get rid of the spoiler, replace the crappy fibreglass front spolier, probably with 2k Urethane bar, if the FMIC fits behind it and give the engine the once over. This time though, its not a daily, thats in the background in one of the pics















Look forward to getting her back up to scratch. :br:

Its got an aftermarket momo steering wheel & the wiper stalk is missing ,
Anyone got one of these? Might have trouble getting RWC without it!

Also is any fellow Melbournian that knows Zeds willing to have a look & 'identify' some of the aftermarket stuff on this car? Pls send me a PM, there will be beers in it for you!

Nvr mind my point on the wind screen wiper stalk, 2 plus years out of a zed I forgot its on the AC pod

 

I really like those 18 inch VOLKS. Stuey ( hyper101) has them too and they always look great.

 

Seriously havent got a clue... it was sold to another member in vic wasnt it, cant remember his username though? then not sure... I know the guy i bought the tails of had the 2k spec front bar up for sale as well if memory serves.

This looks like a good buy! Judging by the parts on the car, one of the previous owners spent money on some good parts before it was neglected.

It definitely has some potential!

 

FAST says it was built in 04/96

The green import plate says its a '95 imported in 10/00
