First up. Front mount of side mounts? Check all the connections and tighten the clamps. But i would be thinking the actuators have gotten stuck open. Have you any funky boost controllers or anything special about your engine bay?

Ok just eyeball the actuators have the vac lines on them and that the lines are in good condition. Along with double check the clamps.

Do a boost leak test to make sure you have no leaks in your system. Boost leak testers are fairly cheap to buy or you can make one yourself (details in the tech section). How are you measuring how much boost is being made, through an aftermarket boost gauge or the stock one on the dash?

through the one in the dash, i can feel the car has lost most of its power, i think a corolla would beat me now in a race. checking everything on car this arvo

if you have a leak big enough to negate all your boost bar 1 PSI, then you'll hear it over the engine.
