Not my lucky day today I guess. Driving home across Harwood Bridge and something fell off the lift span and damaged the windscreen. I'm guessing a small bolt or metal plate. The RTA are currently working on the bridge so I hope I can make a claim for a new windscreen. Can't blame a stone off the road as there were no other cars near me.

Yes, it was in the Zed. Have started the process of lodging a claim with the RTA, first need two quotes, details copy of rego, dead grandfather's shoe size, etc. Then up to six weeks for them to process! Hope the screen doesn't shatter between now and then.
