Ball Joint and rack end press or bolt on?

    Hi,
    Does anyone know if the ball joint and rack end for the 300zx is a press on or bolt on?

    It bolts on, the lock tabs are a pain though

    Picking Brains

    Niall have you had any experience re centering the steerring wheel to the steering rack and re attaching the outer arms/ball joints to the steering rack after its all pulled apart? I would imagine you have to take it to a steering place to get it all right, is it possible to pull the arm of the rack with the engine in sitution? in case they need to go back to square one ( i did it by eye so its not going to be right me thinks)

    to be honest Glenn i have not pulled a zed rack down. I dont think it will be a problem, it can all be set up when you get a wheel alignment done
