A couple of months ago I had the Indiglow dask kit installed in my car and I've been having some problems with the dash ever since then...
The oil preasure gauge has not worked at all since the installation.

The Odo and Trip don't work when you first start driving the car, after you've driven for a while they both start working at the same time and keep working until you next switch the car off.

The temperature guage usually sits at the bottom but sometimes jumps up to the middle and may stay there before dropping down again. Some times it just jumps around erratically.

The fuel light hasn't worked since the installation.

Starting the other day, the handbrake light won't go off when the handbrake is disengaged, it's on all the time now.I had some similar problems to these in an old car of mine (a Ford Falcon EA) and the problem came from bad wiring / bad earths. Does anyone agree that bad wiring / earths might be the cause of these problems? Or do people think it could be something else?Where would be the best places on the car to check the earths? Thanks,James

    Installation...

..was done at UAS. When I took the car in, the speedo, trip and odo weren't working at all. Since they had to fix the dash anyway, I asked them to install the indiglow kit. They ended up replacing the speed sensor to fix the problem from memory.James
