I made it home safe and sound yesterday evening after my trip south. It was great to finally put some faces to names after some two years on the forum. I'd like to say thanks to everyone at the tech day and a special thanks to Mark for letting us invade his home and use his tools, Danny for fighting with my stock air guides, Andrew for showing me how to pull apart my headlights and Pete for finding and fixing a few boost leaks and running ConZult over the car. I had a ball!Had a great drive along the great ocean road and up through the Grampians before starting to head back towards Canberra. But best of all was the Z did not miss a beat the entire trip.So thanks again and we'll hopefully see a few up Canberra way soon.
you're alot younger than i thought u would b i said that to phatzx on the way home (as we were following you for awhile - beautiful car to follow ) and he argeed, for some reason, we both happend to think u were in your 40's or something, wonder what made us think that? :-0 Your rims are nice as, i got a great close up pick of one Too bad the tech day wasnt at night time, i liked the look of your glowing 300zx things on the side window and rear lights part
Not a problem simon.. Glad you could make it. And glad you made it home safely. So did the headlight clean make a difference???CheersJEDI-77
only to the look of the actual glass.. I don't think mine were dirty enough to effect the beam that much.but i'd only just put 100w globes in a week or so before and they've made a massive difference.
Some time today? Do you have a mobile? I tried to call your work/home the other day and got no answer.
Good to hear Simon......>> You are welcome to drop round for a follow up any time you make it down south.
I'm quite prepared to ...... rename the cruise to "Tash's birthday cruise" and even organise a cake. What do you think?
