I need a new loom for my 90mod TT Manual, I can get them pretty cheap from the states, however I'm not sure if there is a difference in Right Hand Drive looms or Left Hand Drive looms, if anyone knows for sure, please give me a yell ASAP

I've used one of these looms recently. Although they do fit, I honestly would spend the extra and get the correct one for it. There is a bit you need to wrap up as some sections are considerably longer and the ECU plug is upside down as well.

Remember that if you use an EBC, you only need a harness for an NA.

Yes you can modify LHD loom to suit

There are numerous posts on the subject and possibly something in Tech Section.

    Try a SEARCH.

From the digging I did the NA loom has only a two wire section running to the FPCU whereas the TT is 3 wire.

I was going to go with the NA 95 loom (running aftermarket ecu that doesnt use the FPCU) but in the end just went with the TT 95 loom for peace of mind.

I had a chat to one of the guys at TTZ and he also explained that there is extra cable that needs to be rolled up and stored under the passenger side next to the ECU.

Does the same job though, up to you whether you mind it not being a perfect fit.

yup im running a LHD harness no worries mate. you have about 4 inches extra that you just tuck up next 2 the battery .. no worries. beats the hell out of 850 to 1200 for a jspec harness any day of the week!

Not bad shop, they claim about AUD$500 to ship the loom to Aus.

But then its only AUD$400 for the LHD from CZP, granted no shipping in that price but when your doing an order already it makes sense. Plus the extra length aint exactly a bad thing.

PZP sells them for $595.Link: http://www.perthzperformance.com.au/product_info.php?products_id=148
At that price its almost not worth modifying one from COZ which would cost you $500 AU to your door. It pays to do your homework. I recently got the RHD harness from COZ and modified it to be the correct length. Its a PITA and the result isn't quite OEM quality. You simply cannot get wiring harness tape that is the same thickness colour and quality of that on the OEM harness. Nor can you wrap it quite as well as it comes from the factory. Just my 50,000 Cents

You make it out like theres over $100 worth of modifications to be made, with that said it works out about AUD$450~ to your door at least based on what i'm shipping. And its only extra length.
