That's the JDM parking assist antenna. Otherwise known as the "I'm rubbish at parking and need a little self raising pole to mark out where my bumper is" thingy. Not available in export markets but available in any Japanese dealer if you ask for it. Pretty much a grandpa spec option. Honda boys in the US are all over it because JDM. No thank you.
@mikez32 thank you for that info helps a lot, means i dont have to find something to mount it on under the dash board hahaha @gmbrezzo As far as i know i only have the electrical side of things not the actual pole thing, i'll have to dive deeper into the car parts box to find out if i have the rest of it.
