Anyone know what axleback portion of exhaust this is? Has a JASMA tag of 043. I want to say it's the Veilside Evolution but I wanted to be sure. Thanks!

That's a Veilside Evolution, same as mine and Alex's (poster above). Good find Ahmed, shame about the badges.

That's what I wanted to hear, some good old confirmation :) ! Every Veilside muffler I found on google has a JASMA tag of 043. Veilside evolution for Z32 is also pretty distinct because of how the hangers have extra support, extra support on the flanges, JASMA tag on passenger muffler and 3 bolt flanges. I just wasn't 100% certain because of the missing Veilside badges.

This is currently on its way from Canada to my door in California, U.S. These are SUPER hard to come by over here, so I'm pretty excited :D

It doesn't have the h-pipe, but I'll have my buddy cut and weld on new 2-bolt 3" flanges to mate to my already custom resonated X-pipe. Should sound pretty sick once it's all said and done!

Mine doesn't have any Jasma tags. I see them come and go regularly on Yahoo, some do some don't. Not sure what the system was there.

There are three or so currently on Yahoo and a cat back for sale down under here; they're a hell of a lot easier to come by these days than they were when I nabbed mine three or so years ago.

Regarding Alex's point on the weight - he's completely right, they're good stuff but heavy as all hell. Good thing there's a titanium exhaust shop not too far from me...

Thinking about it, but if I did I'd chop off the rear mufflers and keep them. Gotta have the Evolution sound.

Are you going a single exit?

    No no 4. Quad.

Why? Second exit is a dead weight.

I know what you mean. Twin exit rear with two tips per exit.

Just asking if the sound is worth it over running a single exit, obviously much lighter. The slot car has a single exhaust for this reason.

uumm well i cant see it being to heavy as it will be titanium , if you have a look at some exotics it will be something similar to that , as mine is a 2+2 i have a fuel tank problem , but im talking to some people about it now and there are things we can do , like one suggestion is to move the tank up a little to give me room , so something to think about

if you look at the end of the system this is what im looking at doing , i just got to make it work , i no i can ,
im not looking for a note the is ( normal ) i want something different and not to loud , and there are way to do that as well

Yeah I get you. The second exit won't be "heavy", it's just heavier than running a single and relevant if you're a die hard weight saving fan. Depends of course if you plan on fitting mufflers there too.

You're on point about raising the fuel tank for space. While possible though, it'll be an ugly downgrade for your centre of gravity on a part that is a very heavy ballast (when full) already swinging well out beyond the rear axle. Anal detail I know, but we're talking spending thousands to save 10-20 kilos of weight so it's not entirely irrelevant.
