    she also did it as a duet with andrea bocelli ... beautiful, but it has now become a favourite for funerals .... !!!!

    ( also known as .. con te partiro ..)

    just listened to the whole piece .. it is the duet with bocelli version ..

    Yeah it's bocelli

    Who, incidentally is one of my favorite cross over pop/ classical singers. I love his vive per lei song. Josh Groban is also one of my favorites.

    its funny you ask about this song. my dad is a big opera fan. i was brought up listening to opera (as well as billy joel, led zep etc).
    i know this song all too well!!

    good track though (i'm 21btw)

    .. everyone in the large, packed church were howling their eyes out ... quite moving, indeed ...

    I was a primary school choir boy :p :rolleyes: I remember singing 'phantom of the opera' and 'jason and his techni-coloured dream coat' :confused: :eek:

    Beautiful song. The classics are truely timeless :D
