A week or so aggo I had my car broken into and the sods tried to get the thing started they smashed the ignition switch and busted up the interior. I now need a new switch but I can't get one like the one I have.. The car is a Jap inport and I live in the UK. The switch I have has the five pin plug on the back, and two wires coming out of a black plastic cover half way down the barrel, also on the back of the key release button there is what looks like an other conection but this part has been damaged so I can't tell. I think that one of them is for the seatbelt retracter that pulles the belt in when the key is removed but I dont know. The only switches I can find have the five pin plug but nothing else. If I have to use one of these what am I going to loose out on.. Please help if you can.. Chris..
