In the carpark at the stradbroke island ferry, stupid to leave in there i know. Got of pretty lucky compared to worst scenario, stereo not touched, GPS still there and no apparent damage besides window. Thinking they must have been busted by someone mid crime, or just kids doing it for fun, was during the "pre-schoolies" straddy holidays.
no CCTV on the car specifically but some nearby, no prints found on the car when cops came round so not likely to bust anyone for it. car was driveable, didnt seem like they even touched anything once they had the cover off the steering column. no idea what they were doing ?? and yeah the car park was really full but the zed seems to be the only one targeted. probably did not help that i had spent hours the day before detailing and polishing would have stood out as prime target i rekon hey niall yeah just a quick question regarding which second hand windows would fit, all 2+2 or something change between years? also wondering if you or anyone can suggest a good autoelectrician to have a squiz at my alarm wiring since it hasnt been working well and this gave me a pretty big kick to get on top of it.
Most people who smash a window to get into a car won't be the type of person who will carefully remove trim pieces It's a shame to see this.
