My insurance wont allow Extractors / headers So - looking for recommendations for a decent insurance company. It's a NA, and I'm a 40yo Rating 1 driver, and I don't want to pay x000's I've seen eCar, but I'm nervous about their claims performance (it's easy to take money). HELP! Thanks, Simon.
then keep your mouth shut lol.... like you can even SEE extractors on a zed lol.. shop around then.. others do it
So far.... 90 NA unmodded Budget Direct $848 (incl Breakdown) eCar $302 :-0 90 NA, Headers, Exhaust, Air Filter, Wheels, Chipped 40yo R1 Just Car $1,200 - $9,000 cover Shannons $1,237 - $14,000 cover AAmi $1,962 - $7,000 cover ECar $ 774
Thanks for the responses. Loud 'n Proud - I was hoping to avoid the call around by recommendation.... And they'd look for that stuff in a claim....Any reason to void a claim saves them $$$.
What the........ Im with shannons on an 89 TT manual 2+2 33 years old Told them about all mods no claims ever and 1 demerit Agreed value of $15,000 Im sure im paying less than that
Just cars I'm only 29 and just cars covered my '89 TT import, with aftermarket wheels, exhaust, stereo for around $1100/pa (rating 1)... only covered for 9K though. Interesting the cost is very similar for my '99 SS commo, and i could imagine getting into a lot more trouble in the Z.
Part of the killer I think with Shannons is it is a daily driver, not a weekend car. eCar is damn tempting. Wish I could get someone with claims experience. A search of the web shows some bad/some good - typical for any insurance coy.
best bet is to get on the phone, call them and get some quotes done uyp and compare that way.. the net quotes never hold true..
Ah yeah see, mines down as a weekender or as they put it "limited use" hmm...... must decide what im doing bunky wise soon or that quuote will have to change
