I think this is what you need to know more about. Forget whether it's firing or not for the moment and work out why this is happening. The most obvious explanation is that you have somehow over filled with oil. Double check your dip stick and make sure the level is in the correct range. If it is over you may need to drop some oil out. If it is at correct level, call a mechanic. It is most likely that the oil you are seeing in the exhaust system is also responsible for the missfire, not a connector or other.
Guys, after trying what each of you said to rid the useless display view, the only way I could change the view to linear was to click "Quick Links". Click on User Control Panel. Edit Options. (first to last btw so last post comes up each time you go to end of thread) There was no access otherwise it seems for a nooby member
Hey everyone, i pulled the plug today and gave it a clean and popped it back in and started her up, after a tiny bit of smoke she ran perfect, no missfire no smoke. Thanks everyone for your help, you have all been.a great help. Thanks for your time!
I meant filling it up to the top of the valve cover, right up to the filler cap. it happens more than you'd think.......
