We?ve had demands for quite some time to offer an ?affordable? Polished Stainless-Steel Cat-Back that incorporates all the features that the pricier alternatives offer. This was a natural offering as we currently have exhaust products within our parts catalogue. Full Polished Stainless Steel, X-Pipe, Resonated, OEM style tips. The AMS Stainless Steel units will save the consumer hundreds from competitor models and will also be a stocking item meaning no 4-6 week wait for custom orders to be filled. For those wanting an ultra ?exclusive? exhaust we have the option to make these units in full ?TITANIUM? albeit this option is not cheap and will be made to order.

AMS 2.5? Fully Polished S.S. X-Pipe, Resonated Cat-Back Exhaust (2 seater) mated to Alloy Toyz 3" DP's and Alloy Toyz 3"-2.5" non-resonated TPs

Looks and sounds good. The 3" has a nicer, deeper note to it. Can you tell me anything about cabin noise? I have 3" system and it's very droney in the cabin. I'm considering changing it for that reason. Can I expect that this is the case for all 3" systems?

I have a 3" system too and while I love the deepness of the exhaust, it is very droney when just cruising especially at 2000 rpm. Wish I could find a 3" system that didn't have this problem.

My Veilside has no drone at all. Rather quiet inside the cabin actually

Same with my trust. More road noise than exhaust noise when cruising

Quite a fan of the 3", not so much of the 2.5". Not deep enough sound for my liking.

With the X-pipes there is a slight drone at a lower RPM and most adjust the driving style around this :) Even with the H-Pipes we have noticed increased cabin noise especially with the 3" systems. The deep sound though is liked by most and when sporting the larger turbos helps in yielding max-power. Need to get some WOT clips as it sounds mean.

Pricing should be finalized in the coming days. It will be aggressively competitive :)

Thanks for the reply Vuk. I guess if the drone may be an issue for someone it might be worth listening to someone who already has the install done. As far as performance goes, from what I've read you need to be pushing some serious hp before there is any benefit from the 2.5" to the 3". I do love that 3" sounds though .

It says "option to make"... Don't read too well, huh? You're so precious in the way you joined here just to troll.

I'm not normally one to point this out but that looks like a kiss pipe not a
X-Pipe. I wouldn't of known the difference if I didn't get my own custom one made up and had some experience in it but shows the two differences quite clearly here.

And no I don't work for the mob, or have any affiliations with them apart from getting my exhaust done (with their merge pipe) from him many many years ago now, web page is just a great source of information and related to this subject so I can use it as an example :)

Oh and no drone at all, (use to have it when I bought the car, it was really REALLY bad) but now, completely gone.

I guarantee they won't ever make or sell one. They only added that tidbit to pretend to offer something new. I think your gimp tied up in your basement is getting lonely, might want to go join him.

Perhaps since he is part of the 'elite' crowd he may well be the first to buy :) We stated custom option and it will be made to order for whoever has the money. Pricing is very restrictive but at least we are one of the only vendors offering this!

The titanium exhausts we are releasing for our Luxury brand division made the option for the 300ZX possible albeit at a 'price'.

You will always see the same cast members trolling anything AMS.

Just admit you copied the SpecialtyZ design and I won't "troll" as you say. Your argument of "only so many ways to make an exhaust" doesn't work here.

It was predictable, and unfortunate that this was the next piece you'd copy, given you've already knocked off their downpipes and test pipes (though test pipes are a bit more generic)

I'd be shocked if you ever sold one titanium exhaust. I'd be more shocked if it were real titanium.

Never Seen a Fast Intensions exhaust from any client to date locally? Seen plenty of Labree, B&B, HKS, Greddy, Borla and Stillen. Plenty of systems to reference and then manufacturer a unit with all the bells and whistles (our specifications) while assuring the best pricing due to volume manufacturing :)

As for never seeing a titanium we will see what the market dictates as there are some 'ballers' even for a 20 yr old platform.
