So one of my alternator bolts have gone missing, it's the one that bolts in next to the sump, I'm pretty sure its a m8 bolt, but without it I can't bolt the alternator adjustment to the engine and can't finish the car.

So I'm just wondering, does anyone have one they can measure up for me or just happen to know the general specs of it?

    Thank you in advance

If its the one that holds the curved adjuster to the block on the front - Its 90mm long 12mm hex head.
If its the one that the alternator pivots from - its 135mm long 17mm hex head.

It's the one that bolts into the block, the 90mm long one, I've been told its. A M8 bolt no idea on the thread type

Hex head is 12mm so shank (bolt size) is M8 Std metric
Sorry I was so slow in reading this and getting information to you.
