    hi all,

Been a long time since I've posted on here. The zed doesn't get driven much anymore because it's not practical for my daily driver. It's getting to that point where it's time to let it go.

The car is a 1990 2+2 Ausspec. It still runs extremely well, but it has its faults.
Leaking rocker cover, intermittent power steering issues, leaking gearbox fluid from breather hole and a few minor other issues . All very fixable I just don't have the time or money to put into it anymore.

This car has been my pride and joy since before i got my license 7 years ago. It was the car I learnt to drive in so it will always be special to me Since then I've driven 50,000km on it. Sitting just over 210,000km at the moment

The car has a few mods ( magnaflow cat back, powertrix coilovers, aftermarket extractors, HIDs and a few other minor things)

It's been serviced every 3-6 months depending on use and the 100k service was probably 3 years ago now. Always used royal purple oil 15w-30

Paint and body work are in fairly good nick. There have been a few miss haps along the way but overall the car still looks very clean

It's going to be very sad to let it go, so here's my question. I have no idea what it's worth. I couldn't bare to part it out especially when it still runs so well and I would rather put it in the garage and let it sit there before I give it to the wreckers, but I'm realistic about what the cars worth. It probably needs a couple of grand worth of shop labour to get a road worthy ( fix oil leaks and what not)

I'm not after top dollar at all I would like to sell it to someone at a fair price and be upfront about the car in the hope that someone who wants to keep it and drive it will buy it and put the required work into it. I have no idea what price that is.

All opinions welcome and feel free to ask anything more about the car.

(Mods please move if this is in the wrong section, not selling yet just after advice)

    manual?

Saw one with similar mileage and also minor issues on carsales and it sold for $3990.

15w-30 is also too thin for a motor with that many ks.
