Have read thru the forum and havent found exactly what I am wondering so I am asking all you Z gurur's out there .......has anyone done or tried to when installing say a single din radio and a 7" screen, repositioning air con vents? Any suggesstions on the probability of it being done and/or the difficulty of repositioning the vents? I was thinking of moving the vents to above the centre radio facia so they would be in a sense above the radio bezel where you can place the 3 gauge pod holders? Any suggestions on this idea would be appreciated.
Thanks.and a Happy Easter to all

tassuperkart Its a lie I tell you!

The idea is just fine M8, but the task will be time consuming to say the least.
Fabricating up the necessary duckting adapters will be tricky.
It also assumes there is enough room in there to relocate the ducting.

Dooable enough but will demand a fair whack of time.

    Good luck tho.

shit load easier to put the gauges above the air vents and leave it all as is... off the shelf parts too

load you got it wrong.I am not putting in gauges.............I am trying to work out a way of moving air con vents above radio fascia, so you do not loose air vents when installing a 7"+ screen.

if I was to try this I think I would look at a twin guage pod and try and source some round vents that would fit in the guage pod. then work on th ducting. I think you have set yourself a pretty difficult task here buddy. making the vents work and look factory will not be easy IMO.
