AbFlug type 2 front bar

so the bar is all prepd up ready for paint and installation?

 

yeah theoretically it could be primed and painted now but i think it needs a little bit more filler in one area and in my opinion any fibreglass bar needs to be modified and fitted to the particular vehicle.

i've got 3 panel shops in the family so i'm sure i can get it sorted out quick smart!

Is it still for sale? Are you still looking for $500 for it?

Only thing is it'll have to be shipped to Sydney Which I'm guessing will cost around $200 (judging from the rough quote given above)

 

thanks for the reply, yeah im still looking for 500 because sadly i spent more than that on it. these items are rare, id say less than 6 zeds on the forum have this exact front bar.

And genuine AbFlug which we all know is cool. Id have it on mine right now but it would need modification for the FMIC and i couldnt bring myself to do it.

I could possibly box it up myself and TNT it since i think we have an account with them.

Ill try to get some figures.

 

Thanks mate, no dramas. No need to rush or anything, just trying to weight up options. I'm running SMICs so shouldn't have any dramas in that department. Suppose the problem is I'd need a matching Rear Bar =/

 

yeah this bar is suited to SMIC's . its ducted quite well to them and has improved flow over stock

shipping was too hard, TNT are a bunch of pricks, id really prefer local pick up

still got the bar, was gonna use it on my recently aquired silver zed but have decided to keep it stock.

i shot a quick coat of rattle can silver over the bar to see what it was like on the car.

come out and have a look at it if you like, im open to offers at this stage

well, yes and no. havent blown it up but i am pulling it down this weekend for metal head gaskets and ARP studs. nudging 400rwhp and spray going on it adter chrissy....
