Bargain of the Century :biggrin: Finally had the Ab-Flug Exhaust fitted up today. First 2+2 with Ab-Flug Superior flow. Apologies for the pic at this stage, will definitely be taking more in the coming days and will be sure to shine it up a little as well. Took a bit of manipulation and a cut n shut here and there. But well worth it. The sound - PURE SEX.... SEXHAUST OF THE CENTURY! Enough Dribble, on with the pic. Big thanks to Al (Z toy) for his help with this one. Fine.. If I have to... Geeze Let me get my steering issue sorted out tomorrow then i'll do a drive by noisening for you all. Must warn you, The lower rev range she's as quiet as a mouse. Ab-Flug have the brains to put in a pair of resonators just after the cats. Makes a huge difference and silences that drone you normally get with a 3" system. The real purr comes in around the 5K Rpm mark and above. Absolutely beautiful. Fate
Great that you got your Abflug zorst back again buddy, hopefully it sounds the same as the last one on your old red Zed cause that sounded like a Ferrari!!! :zlove: ....quick question, why did you put getting your zorst fitted above fixing your (rather more serious) steering problem bro?
Pfft Steering... who needs it haha. It was more a case of the same company is doing the steering that did the exhaust Benny. They had more fun installing the exhaust than they did with the idea of the steering. The steering sounds alot worse than it COULD be... just slight movement is all. So the car is back in there with them today for a verdict and repair. Doesn't quite sound the same as the red one... but I don't have the bigger turbo's on there YET either . Add the fact it's an auto... It'll never quite be the same. But she still has a very very sexy purr... silent at standstill but horn at noise!
Best exhaust ever, I once had the car on a hoist and the guy working on the car called over everyone in the shop to come and have a look at it, they'd never seen such a well made exhuast. Admittedly this was in an Emerald garage where I'm sure the concept of fuel injection was novel to them, but still The sound of an Ab-Flug is phenomenal. Also, give the tips and cans even a half assed polish and they will come up like a mirror. Ben

Drive By... Heres some video Drive By's... Haven't uploaded video before, Apologies for the poor quality in advance. First run was a quick giddy up to 50km's per hour. Can hear her coming in the distance. So smooth, so quiet. Slow run at about 20km's per hour past. And finally a bit of a stand still rev n grunt. Hope this uploads correctly. Cheers Fate
