About 120 starters for Round 3 of the Supersprint Series at Morgan Park.
Weather was fantastic, though waking up to a frost covered car on Sunday morning and 2 degree temperature was a bit hard to get used to.

Was expecting to run with the same group as the previous two rounds but for some reason they shuffled the groupings and as you can see in the vid I got to play with the kit Cobra mob. Most were way too quick for me, but I caught one taking a nap (think he was taking it easy running in a new engine).

Threw me Dino, when you turned right just after the bridge.
Is that the route they run all the time or do they change it around each meet?

Great stuff Dean. Looks as though it was heaps of fun(the two cars I love most, together on the same track. HEAVEN!).:zlove::zlove:

With the track extension they now have 11 or 12 circuit options. This run was on 'D' track. You hit a higher top speed on the back straight and start braking as the car goes light over the hump.

I've tried talking Sandy into getting her Cams licence and having a go, but she wont be in it.

Top work Dino. With so many different layouts it really gives you a chance to drive a different track everytime you go there. Watching that made me miss motorsport even more though, my next event isn't until the middle of July.

That track gets better and better. Looks like a good day out.

I wish they would get AASA licensing out there for those of us who aren't with a CAMS associated club.

    Where was your camera mounted?

Camera was external on the targa hook. My mount has a rubber base and velcro strap that works in around the targas ok. Sound picks up nothing but wind noise, hence the music overlay.
