VIC 89 2+0 Targa Part Out

Parting out a 89 TT Manual 2+0 Targa in Hothouse Green. The car has had a full custom respray and the paint is in decent condition. Engine, gearbox and tail shaft are gone. Starting with some easy bits first.


Nismo clear indicators. $50


300km cluster. Seemed to work when I moved the car around when it was complete. $200



17" Wheels. Two come with bald tyres, the other two are brand new Nankangs, however the two good tyres are punctures. Asking $100.



OS Giken Twin Plate clutch. Needs a rebuild, came out of a running zed. Asking $300.


Unknown sideskirts for a 2+0. Unpainted. Asking $100.

Dean do the sideskirts have vents in them? If not can you msg me some pics of them as I'm keen

Interested dean in
1-exterior trim pieces.
2-lights pod and pod holder
3-parcel shelf (if in good nick)
4-glovebox is latch (handle mechanism) is in good working order.

There isn't a difference from 89 lights pod to 91 lights pod is there ?

 

What trim you after man? Parcel shelf is destroyed, you can buy the glove box and take what you want

 

Trim I need is roof mouldings (like the targa and hatch etc especially the small piece in between the targa and rear hatch on the passenger side, I'd need the clips too . Are they in ok condition ?

If the pods are good I'd prob try to get them off you zed nats weekend if that's ok ?

 

I'll grab some photos before I attempt to pull em off.

Abe they've got a vent, but could be covered easily.

 

I'm after the pieces that go on the outside of the door like a trim/seal where the window goes up and down and also the rear quarter window seal for the same edge for a 2+0. If you have them in good condition can you post a pick and price.

Hey mate, roof mouldings are stripped back to chrome, so thats no good to you?

These? Drivers or passengers side?

 

Secondary window washer motor in drivers front guard ?

Has to work with no leaks lol

BTW second dibs on the window/door trims

 

Thats what i need. I'm after both passengers side front and quarter but will take both sides if need be. Can you post me up price. And will you be on Gold fields cruise ?.

Sounds bloody good!!! Lol I shoulda grabbed them lol.

On another note I do have another part!

The little plastic covers for the number plate led/lights! PROCKY calls dibs!!

Also calls dibs on bonnet hinges lol (don't ask)

Sparco Racing "Crimson" Wheels. 17" with two +35 and two +40 offsets. Unsure on widths, can measure if required, but they look huge, my guess would be 9" or 10". Asking $300.


Late model factory brake deflectors. $50.
