Where the E light comes on depends on your speedo cluster...

My fuel guage doesn't go all the way to the top when I fill up, and empty is way under E on the guage. From memory the light comes on at E.

I have a reasonably light foot and get 520 - 550kms around the city, and 530 - 600kms on the highway. However I think Doug (Red32) has the distance record at well over 600km recently on the trip back from Goulburn.

Pfffffft 600kms out of a NA

I got 600kms out of my TT from a full tank on the trip back from Goulburn! Plus i have a medium-heavy foot at times:LOL:

    Max:thumbsup:

    red32 You talkin' to me?

Got 8.4L/100km on the way back from Goulburn, 674km 0n 56.5L

should be able to get over 750km on a full tank, but I'm not game enough to run it dry. BTW, my fuel light has NEVER come on... I assume it doesn't work!

    Hey rookie  >>

I'm talking on average I get that amount of kms each tank - not just a one off fluke like yours was (joking)!:LOL::LOL:

except to the airport for QF002

Hi Ian, we sorta get used to it - I have to cos mine's a daily driver. Still, it's worth it for the big smile I get every time she fires up :) I just filled up today 61.88 l of Optimax $143.07 at today's exchange rate. And that took me 444km so in your money that's 13.9l/100km
(TTs are thirsty even with a light right foot).

    Cheers - Mike
