I had them installed during my respray, so the fenders were off the car anyway. They need to be cut round, with bits sticking out... kinda looks like the Nissan badge... This is what it looks like from the outside of the fender,,, And from the other side, You also need to have removed the AIV system from behind the fenders. These indicators are very deep, this black container blocks the Z34 Indicator unless removed. Bit of ****ing around, and you dont have to repaint the guards or anything, it just so happened that i had them done while i was getting my respray done..... if you can do it yourself, saving you alot of $, otherwise, i think its worth every cent. Modernises the look of the car i reckon.... Good luck with the sale mate. Elie
You will have to get the guards painted. You have to fill half the hole from the old indicator. You can see the discoloration from welding in this pic.
