11k off a home loan goes along way, don't get me wrong I've always loved Zeds always will. This is my 2nd one! Also can't justify having 3 cars atm.

 

11k off a home loan is like knocking 5c off a flight to the UK

makes bugger all diference to your repayments (unless you somehow have a loan of $20k)
